White Wine Selections (750 ml bottles)

Bollinger Special Cuvée Champagne - $58.00/bottle
A blend par excellence, the Special Cuvée is the purest expression of the Bollinger style; of its craftsmanship and its singular conception of what champagne should be. This complex champagne has hints of ginger, jasmine and citrus.

Bisol Prosecco “Jeio” NV Veneto - $15.00/bottle
Its fresh aroma is focused on citrus, lemon and lime. Tingly carbonation tickles the palate in a flavor that's crisp and fully dry (as the borrowed French term "brut" suggests), and relatively light as claimed.  A great light sparkling Italian wine for summer sipping.

Brut Dargent Blanc de Blanc French Sparkling Wine  - $11.00/bottle
This is a great toasting wine from eastern France that's a bit fruity with hints of citrus, almonds and fresh-baked bread. The name "Blanc de Blanc" means it's made only from Chardonnay grapes, rather than the traditional blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes.

Oxford Landing Sauvignon Blanc 2004 - $9.00/bottle
This fresh, lively Sauvignon Blanc shows classic varietal character – grassy, nettle leaf aromas are complexed by tropical fruit and gooseberry characters on the palate. Natural grape acid provides a crisp finish to this very approachable and affordable wine.

Cycles Gladiator Central Coast Chardonnay 2005 - $10.00/bottle
A rich, ripe and tropical Central Coast Chardonnay. A pleasing hint of toasted oak gently wraps around vibrant citrus, pineapple and pear flavors. A lasting, creamy finish lingers well into the next tempting sip.

Rex Goliath Pinot Grigio - $10.00/bottle
This wine expresses lovely aromatics of pear and honeydew. Bright, juicy flavors of citrus and apples that lead to a sweet mineral core. The finish is soft and lingering; thanks to a balanced acidity that carries the fruit well into the back of the palate.

Red Heads Studio Yard Dog 2005 - $11.00/bottle
A wonderful blended wine from Australia (77% Chardonnay, 14% Semillon and 9% Gewurztraminer).  The upstart winemakers won’t comment on their wine because they are so certain of its high quality and guaranteed reception.  The Lang House innkeeper took the risk and was not disappointed.  Try it!

Las Brisas 2005 - $12.00/bottle
Las Brisas is Spanish for the breezes.  It comes from Rueda, a famous white wine region in the heart of North-Central Spain.  The wine has beautiful citrus aromatics with racy ripe flavors.

Voga Delle Venezie Pinot Grigio 2005 - $13.00/bottle
Light straw, with a slight greenish tint. Lemony citrus, honeydew, light cold blossoms and wet slate mineral. The mouthfeel is light and quite tart. Lemony, minerally flavors lead to a crisp palate cleansing finish.

Rock Rabbit Sauvignon Blanc 2005 - $13.50/bottle
Pale and brilliant in color, this Sauvignon Blanc displays aromas of honeydew melon, grapefruit, and fresh lemon that reveal its warm vintage characteristics.  This lively wine bursts with fruit and finishes smart. A touch of Gewürztraminer gives the wine just a hint of spice and elevates the rich fruit aromatics.

Naia 2003 - $15.00/bottle
Verdejo and Viura fermented in stainless with refreshing lime and kiwi fruit with a crisp citrus finish.  Naia is a really great summer wine.

Ferraro-Carano Fume Blanc 2005  - $17.50/bottle
The Russian River Valley fruit imparts crisp acidity, while the Alexander Valley grapes are ripe with honeysuckle and melon. Floral and herbal notes from the Dry Creek Valley round out this wine, making it sensational for summer quaffing.

Finca Luzon Verde Organic 2005 - $11.00/bottle
It is 100% Monastrell and received a solid 89 rating from Robert Parker. Beside that, it's a great everyday wine with a dark aroma, full fresh fruit flavors and a medium finish.
