A skylight over the Queen bed and a view of Burlington’s rooftops give this third floor room romance and serenity. A cane-seated rocking chair provides comfort while reading or relaxing in the west-facing dormer window. The Vincent Room has excellent winter views of Lake Champlain. An antique pocket door with glazed glass insert separates the bedroom from the adjoining, private bathroom with shower.

The Lang House has variable room rates depending on the time of year a reservation is made. The first set of rates is applicable through September 17, 2007. The second set of rates reflects our foliage season rates and is in effect from September 18 through October 23, 2007. The third set of rate reflects our usual, non-foliage rates, and will be in effect beginning October 23, 2007.

Prices cited above are the per night charge for a specific room based on single or double occupancy. There is a charge for additional guests (including children over the age of 12). In addition to the room rate, guests are charged 11% rooms and meals taxes.

It is our policy to take one night's charges plus taxes as an advance deposit at the time a reservation is made. Because of the costs related to processing credit cards, we must charge a 10% fee for cancelled reservations (i.e., 10% of the advance deposit taken).
