The best, distant views of Lake Champlain in all of Vermont’s seasons are found from this third-floor room. The Queen bed, dresser and small commode are original Eastlake period pieces. The sitting area in the turret bay window provides excellent views of lake sunsets. Adjacent to the antique dresser with sink is a pocket-door leading to the bathroom with shower.

The Lang House has variable room rates depending on the time of year a reservation is made. The first set rate is our standard nightly rate. The second rate reflects our foliage season rates and is in effect from September 10 through October 16, 2010. The third is our rate for some holiday weekends such as the Memorial Day and Labor day weekends as well as for the New Year's holiday.  Call the Lang House for a room quote.

Prices cited above are the per night charge for a specific room based on single or double occupancy. There is a charge for additional guests (including children over the age of 12). In addition to the room rate, guests are charged 11% rooms and meals taxes.

It is our policy to take one night's charges plus taxes as an advance deposit at the time a reservation is made. Because of the costs related to processing credit cards, we must charge a 10% fee for cancelled reservations (i.e., 10% of the advance deposit taken).
