The Tuttle Room, on the third floor - overlooking Main Street, has quaint slanted ceilings with an east-facing dormer window. A Queen bed is nestled under the angle of the roof, and a day-bed provides space for lounging or an additional guest. A sink installed in an antique dresser is located just outside the adjoining, private bathroom with shower.

The Lang House has variable room rates depending on the time of year a reservation is made. The first rate is our standard nightly rate. The second rate reflects our foliage season rates and is in effect from September 10 through October 16, 2010.  The third is our rate for some holiday weekends such as Memorial Day and Labor Day as well as for the New Years Holiday. Prices cited above are the per night charge for a specific room based on single or double occupancy. There is a charge for additional guests (including children over the age of 12). In addition to the room rate, guests are charged 11% rooms and meals taxes.

It is our policy to take one night's charges plus taxes as an advance deposit at the time a reservation is made. Because of the costs related to processing credit cards, we must charge a 10% fee for cancelled reservations (i.e., 10% of the advance deposit taken).
