Named for a late 19th century Lake Champlain ferry boat captain, the Captain Lyon Room has a four-poster pineapple King bed. The bed boasts Anichini bed linens -- Anichini is a Vermont-based company that features beautiful Italian fabrics. With two comfortable wing chairs in the turret area with three large windows, many find this second floor room our most luxurious. The bathroom has a full tub and shower.  This room can accommodate a cot for a third person.

The Lang House has variable room rates depending on the time of year a reservation is made. The first rate is our standard rate. The second rate reflects our foliage season rates and is in effect from September 10 through October 16, 2010. The third rate reflects our holiday rate for weekends such as the Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends as well as for the New Year's holiday. Call the Lang House for a room quote.

Prices cited above are the per night charge for a specific room based on single or double occupancy. There is a charge for additional guests (including children over the age of 12). In addition to the room rate, guests are charged 11% rooms and meals taxes.

It is our policy to take one night's charges plus taxes as an advance deposit at the time a reservation is made. Because of the costs related to processing credit cards, we must charge a 10% fee for cancelled reservations (i.e., 10% of the advance deposit taken).
